As part of Square Design Inc., I worked as a fabricator and scenic painter building out the first ever Museum of Broadway in Times Square. The museum consists of over 30 rooms, each themed out as a different Broadway show with elements of each show’s sets, props, costumes and more.  On a team of only 15 fabricators, we transformed a once empty, four-story space into the flourishing exhibits that draw hundreds of people daily to get a glimpse into all the aspects that go into making Broadway, Broadway. Not only did we need to create sets that looked historically accurate to each show, but we needed to fabricate them in a way that was durable enough to hold up to the wear and tear of high guest traffic.
